Troubleshooting Apple Pay
Can't find my app
Open up Apps and sales channels in your Shopify settings and click on Develop apps. The custom app you created should be there.
Can't find upload location
- Open up your custom app and go to the Configuration tab. Click Edit on Storefront API Integration.
- Scroll down and open the iOS Buy SDK accordion. Upload the certificate here.
Upload button not working
Click on Download file again and upload button will show up.
Certificate does not match generated key
The certificate is no longer valid. Download the file again and email it to us at apps@fuego.io. We'll send you a new certificate.
Uploaded the certificate but Apple Pay is not visible
Make sure you've added the storefront access token at https://fuego.io/apple-pay (opens in a new tab) and published an update.
Can't find Storefront Access Token
Open up your custom app and go to the API credentials tab. The storefront access token should be there.
Can't find App ID
You can get your App ID from your browser's address.
